The bill draft about 72 hours of visa-free entry is under consideration now. It’s adjusted to the foreign citizens, who arrive to Russia via transit aircrafts. Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia, has called on the European Union to accelerate the process of visa waiver during the summit Russia - European Union, which was held in Brussels in 2012. The process had been started, but at the end of 2013 the European Union actually congealed the negotiations on this issue. In the beginning of March 2014 the EU reiterated it’s decision during the Assembly of Heads of State and Government of the EU on the grounds of the events, which take place in Ukraine.
