Honey
Village
tourist complex will be constructed in the neighborhood of Wide Ravine Altai
village in a year. Its future platform is unique: wild growing fields with few
traces of human activity. Its construction has already started. “A real bee garden
will become its main place. An apiary house and a pond will appear there along
with guest houses, baths and places for melissotherapy (bee string treatment),”
– says Nikolay Sanin, the author of the project and the beekeeper. According to
him visitors of the village will be able to cure diseases with the help of bees
and their waste products. Besides, due to its undeveloped lands, there’s a
possibility of extracting a whole new types of honey unknown before. “A honey
museum will be constructed in the village. There will be all types of beehives,
including the most ancient one – Koloda. Of course, we will place a
demonstrative beehive where one will be able to watch bees in action. Guests
will be able to extract honey themselves. At trade pavilions one will be able
to taste and buy honey”, - explained Mr. Sanin, adding that this autumn first
tourist buses are welcomed.
Besides, on the
territory of the village there will be a classroom where lectures on beekeeping
will be given. The governor of the region Alexander Karlin assigned
businessman, who deals with beekeeping for already 37 years, one million rubles
for implementation of the project.
As reported by the
website Altairegion22, the village will be part of Altai Small Golden Ring
route.
